		<description>For the next 5 years till 2010, Singapore will be moving towards thermal energy or OTEC. To me, this is still a fairly new and I am not sure if Singapore will acquire this technology and make full use of it given the time span of 5 years. The alternative source of fuel besides natural gas for power stations will be coal. But considerations still have to me made as coal has a low heating value compared to natural gas.</description>
